BRANCH TICKET & TRAVEL POLICY
Away tickets are to be ordered on a match-by-match basis.
Orders can be placed with the Ticket Coordinator at any time, but prices are usually only available approx. 28 days before the game.
Payment for the tickets must be in the hands of the Ticket Coordinator at least 14 days prior to the game
Cheques to be made payable to "CASC Ticket & Travel". If the member requires tickets to be posted a SAE is required.
The Ticket Coordinator will then collate the names of those who have ordered and paid, and the tickets will be ordered from the club
Only those who have paid will have tickets ordered.
Once ordered the tickets are the responsibility of the member.
The Ticket Coordinator may be able to help in passing on unwanted tickets, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Arrangements for travel are the responsibility of the member.
Tickets are usually available to all members but if demand outstrips our allocation priority will be given to those members who have travelled to the most away games.
Tickets can only be supplied to Branch members.
In all cases, tickets are only to go to Charlton fans. Any breach of this rule will result in the ticket allocation opportunities being withdrawn from that member.
The current Ticket Coordinator is Branch Secretary, Vernon Roper, who has agreed to continue with this function for the foreseeable future.
